We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at team@oicanwear.com . If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping slip as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges We will send you a pre-paid return label as soon as the return has been approved. We will place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
