We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at team@oicanwear.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will send you a prepaid return label as soon as your return is approved. A separate order will be placed for the new item.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
