1. Method of payment
Prices:
All purchases are made in Swedish kronor (SEK). Prices set on oicanwear.com include VAT. Shipping fee (SEK 49) is added for purchases within Sweden.
Buy:
Your purchase is confirmed by e-mail. When your delivery is available for pick-up at your local agent, a notification is sent via SMS or e-mail.
Credit and debit cards:
We accept Mastercard and Visa.
Invoice:
We collaborate with Klarna AB, which offers invoice payment. In order to shop with a Klarna invoice, you must meet certain requirements: • You must be 18 years old. • Be without payment notes. • Your address must be the same as the one you are registered at. • You must not have unpaid claims from Klarna. When you complete a purchase, Klarna performs a simplified credit check and checks that the requirements above are met.
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 or that you have a guardian's permission to make a purchase.
2. Delivery and shipping costs
Packages are delivered by postcode to an agent near you, so you don't have to be at home and arrange a delivery. When your package is ready for collection, you will receive a notification via SMS or e-mail. We charge a shipping cost of SEK 49.
3. Delivery time
We aim to process an order received on the same or next day. If the product is sold out or has a longer delivery time than expected
you will be informed via SMS or e-mail. We work with Postnord, normal delivery time is 2-3 days with the exception of weekends and certain parts of northern Sweden.
4. Right of withdrawal
If for any reason you are not satisfied, according to the Distance and Home Sales Contracts Act (2005:59), you as a customer have the right to cancel within 14 days after you have received the item from us. Goods returned must be unused and in undamaged original packaging. You as a customer are responsible for the return shipping (59 SEK) when invoking the right of withdrawal. If you, as a customer, want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact OICAN's customer service, see contact information. Returns are sent well packaged together with name, order number and reason for the return. Unredeemed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Home Sales Act. For packages that are not picked up, a fee of SEK 300 is charged. This fee corresponds to the costs that arise for us to send out packages and receive a return.
5. Complaint
Three years right of complaint applies according to the Consumer Purchase Act. In the event of a complaint, you must always contact OICAN's customer service, see contact information, and state the order number, reason for the complaint and please attach photos of the damage. When complaining about defective goods, you as a customer must request an RN (return number) and shipping label. Never send goods without first making an agreement with us, for handling it is important that we know that packages are on their way. Do not forget to package the product well. In cases where the reason for the return is a complaint and a fault that cannot be demonstrated, a fee of SEK 300 is payable. Shipments without RN will be returned to the sender and the shipping cost will be charged. In the event of a dispute, we promise to follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board. 6. Personal data
OICAN is the personal data controller for the data you provide to us. When an order is placed with us, you provide your personal information such as name, address, email address and telephone number. When you place your order, you agree that we store and use your data in our operations to fulfill our commitments to you as a customer. The personal data is stored in order to be able to fulfill our commitments to you as a customer and for financial accounting requirements. You can change your details at any time by contacting customer service.
7. Transport damage
In the event of visible damage to packages or packaging, it is important that you report this directly to your delivery point. Contact our customer service. Hidden transport damage is reported as soon as possible to our customer service for handling the damage.
