1. Payment Options
Prices:
All purchases are made in Swedish Krona (SEK). Prices listed on oicanwear.com include VAT. For orders within Sweden, a shipping fee of 45 SEK will be added.
International Orders
For purchases outside Sweden, local VAT and customs regulations apply. Buyers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees.
Buy:
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You will be notified via SMS or email when your delivery is ready for pickup.
Credit and debit cards:
We accept Mastercard and Visa.
Invoice:
We partner with Klarna AB for invoice payments. To use Klarna invoice, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have no payment defaults
- Be registered at the provided address
- Have no outstanding Klarna claims
Klarna performs a simplified credit check. By placing an order, you confirm that you are over 18 years old or have parental consent.
2. Delivery and shipping costs
Packages are delivered by postcode to an agent near you, so you don't have to be at home and arrange a delivery. When your package is ready for collection, you will receive a notification via SMS or e-mail. We charge a shipping cost of SEK 45.
3. Delivery time
We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1–2 business days. If a product is out of stock or has a longer delivery time, we will inform you.
We work with Postnord, normal delivery time is 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and certain areas in northern Sweden.
4. Right of withdrawal
Under the Swedish Distance Selling Act (2005:59), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. Items must be unused and in original, undamaged packaging.
Return shipping costs 59 SEK and are paid by the customer. Contact our customer service before making a return. Include your name, order number, and reason for return in the package.
Note: Unclaimed packages are not covered under the right of withdrawal. A fee of 300 SEK will be charged for unclaimed parcels to cover shipping and processing.
5. Complaint
Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, you are entitled to a three-year warranty. To file a complaint, email customer service with your order number, description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
If your claim is approved, we will issue a return number (RN) and shipping label. Returns without an RN will not be accepted. If the product is not found to be defective, a fee of 300 SEK will apply.
In case of dispute, we follow the recommendations of ARN. You may also use the EU’s dispute resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/odr
6. Personal data
OICAN is responsible for the personal data you provide. This includes your name, address, email, and phone number. By completing your order, you consent to us storing and using your data to fulfill our service obligations and for accounting purposes.
You can update your personal data by contacting our customer service.
7. Transport damage
If your package is visibly damaged upon delivery, report it to the delivery agent immediately. For hidden damage, contact our customer service as soon as possible.
