Who benefits from using OICAN's protective clothing?
OICAN's protective clothing can be used with advantage by all children who need a little extra protection in everyday life. Many people think that the hat fits perfectly in the Learn to walk phase, but also later when the child has started to climb and play more intensively. The hat can also be used with advantage by adults.
How does the protective material in your Safe Hat work?
The protective material disperses and absorbs parts of the energy released in the event of a fall or blow to the head. This means that the protection provides a dampening effect with the aim of minimizing the risk of injury.
Can Safe Hat be used indoors?
Yes! The hat can be used with advantage both indoors and outdoors. We recommend our Cotton Collection without fleece for indoor use.
What do the size ranges look like in your Safe Hat?
The OICAN Safe Hat is available in the following sizes:
X-Small: 48-50 cm
Small: 50-52.5 cm
Medium: 52.5-55 cm
Large: 55-58
How should my Safe Hat be washed?
The hat is machine washable. Recommended temperature is 30 degrees. Washing instructions are in each hat.
Are your Safe Hats comfortable to wear?
According to our test pilots, OICAN's SafeHat is very comfortable to wear. The small weight in the cap, many think, gives an extra feeling of safety and security. Please read more about what our customers think under "reviews".
Deliveries
How long is your delivery time?
Your order is always shipped within 1-3 working days. Depending on where in the country you live, the delivery time may vary. We expect your product to be delivered between 1-5 working days after we send your order.
Which shipping company do you send my order with?
We currently use Postnord as a shipping company.
Do you ship abroad?
Currently, we only ship within Sweden. If you are interested in our products and live in another country, contact us at team@oicanwear.com and we will help you with your case.
Returns
How do I make a return?
Email team@oicanwear.com and we will send you a return label that can be printed at Postnord's return centers.
What do I do if I received a damaged item?
If the package is damaged during delivery, you must report the damage directly to your postal agent when you pick up your package or the transport company that delivers your package. Submit your bug report to team@oicanwear.com and we will help you.
What do I do if I want to change the size?
OICAN offers free exchanges. Email team@oicanwear.com and we will help you
Can I return the hat if it doesn't fit
When purchasing goods from OICAN, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the ordered item (the cancellation period).
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that do not have tags, have been used or washed.
How much does the return cost?
Return shipping costs SEK 60. Product refunds are made within 7 days of the product being delivered back to our warehouse.
How much does it cost to exchange an item?
We offer free exchanges. Email team@oicanwear.com and we will help you exchange your item.
When will the money be back in my account?
Product refunds are made within 7 days of the product being delivered back to our warehouse. Shortly thereafter, you should see a refund to the same account you ordered your item from.
